This is a project of love. The inspiration for my brand was from my grandmother who loves to plant many fruits in the garden and banana is the fruit that grows very fast. My Granny knows how much I love this fruit but I live far away from her, in Bangkok. So I will go to meet her sometimes. She is happy when I go to visit her at the right time (when the banana is ripe) but sometimes I have too much work to do so I cannot go to meet her. She tried to find a way to keep the banana fresh for me. She created banana rolls by sun drying to extend the life of the product.
