Concept :“Ready to Drink”

Lime is a signature ingredient in Thai food. People are familiar with, and use lime in many ways such as cooking, honey and lime (lime soda) or pure juice used as a health supplement. In some areas of Thailand limes are expensive, low quality and cannot be kept for long periods (short shelf-life). Therefore the process to make lime juice can take longer than is economically viable to produce commercially. We wanted to expand the target group of this product by creating this product.
